The 500 Hair Test and the Naturopathic Wellness program, used in more than 20 countries, was developed by Australian Naturopaths, and has over 30 years of research and development behind it.
The test focuses on the way certain foods and household products benefit or negatively impact the individual person.
This is not a Medical program and is not intended to treat diseases. Furthermore, this is NOT a test for “allergies” or elevated antibodies and is not the same as a Hair Mineral Analysis. It is very different.
Once the incompatible foods are removed from the diet and replaced with the foods and products that are listed as compatible, the body can focus its energy on repairing itself and enhancing its healing ability, thereby improving cellular function and reducing inflammation. This test, therefore, works on a cellular level, looking at what is positively or negatively impacting your body’s cells. By using this test and repair program we are giving the body the necessary tools it requires to help return cells to a state of ease so it can function better.
As mentioned above, this is not an allergy test. Consequently, just omitting the incompatible foods from your diet may only give some symptom relief. As the goal of the test is to repair cellular function as much as possible, it is also advisable to only eat foods and use household product brands that are listed as compatible. Doing so may enhance your improvement considerably. Just remember that different brands may contain other ingredients and will test differently.
