How do get started with Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis?
4 simple steps:
Step 1. Obtain a blood test.
Make an appointment with your doctor and get a blood test (There is no need for this step if you already have a blood test that you would like analysed). (See below for a link for a list of markers to request).
Step 2 – Go to my website shop nike ja 1 scratch and order a blood test analysis report:
Multi-page comprehensive computerised blood chemistry report that gives you a detailed functional analysis of your blood test, identifying organ and hormone dysfunctions, nutrient imbalances and follow-up testing recommendations. Normally $125, but now at a discount price of $99.
Once I have received the proof of purchase, I will email you a short Health History form for your completion. You will not receive your blood test report, until the form is completed and submitted.
Once your blood test results arrive back from the lab/doctor, you can email your results, and once the analysis is complete, we will send you our digital comprehensive multi-page report via email normally within 48 hours.
Step 4: Book online for an appointment (Optional)
You can book an online appointment for a “Functional Blood Test Analysis Report Online 60 minute Consultation” (See below for link). Allow for 3-4 days so that I can complete your analysis and your completed intake forms. You may also decide to do this after you have received your report.
TOTAL PRICE: Normally, $325, but for a limited time the price will be reduced to $259. A saving of $66.
If you book for a conventional 75 minute initial consultation and become a regular patient of the clinic, the price of the report will be further reduced from $99 to $75.
