Consultation Types and Booking Calendars

At your first consultation, my aim is to assess your case through a comprehensive case history and physical examinations.  These are used to provide me with an overall picture of your current health status and clues of any underlying causes of your presenting complaints.  Included in the case taking will be questions regarding diet, lifestyle, sleep patterns, digestive and immune health, stress levels, and toxic exposure.  The answers will then be analyzed to provide you with the best treatment plan for your condition.

Prior to our initial meeting, you will be asked to fill out an intake forms that will provide essential personal information, the reason for attending, your current symptoms, and your long and short-term goals from your treatment.  You will also receive a Health History Form to provide me with some more information about your presenting complaint and your general health, as well as a subjective symptom form, known as the Out of 10s Form.  There will also be a few other non-mandatory forms you might want to fill out. Additionally, you will be asked to provide any recent blood tests or specialists’ reports if you have any.  Your practitioner is obligated to provide you with a copy.  I assess these blood tests differently from your doctor.  Even if your blood tests results are in the normal range, they might not be in the optimal range, and therefore may give us  great insights as to why you are having your health issues.

Further testing may be required, but these will only be ordered if necessary and with your consent.

 Consultation Duration for both face-to-face and online consultations: 90 min  Adult Rates:  $250,  Child Rates: $200.

2.0 hrs Initial Consultation for Fertility involving a couple: $350

 (This time-slot includes consultation.  There might be an added 15 minutes to  make-up of prescription or alternatively the prescription can be collected at a designated later time).
