Well the “silly season” has come and gone.

Were you one of the many that could not resist all the “yummy” food presented to you? Did you take your family on outings and found yourself buying take-away foods often? Did you make the wrong choices? And anyway, are you confused about what the right choices might actually be? Did you look in the mirror and/or go on the scale and notice that you are now even more overweight than you were last year? Did you say to yourself that once the festivities are over and kids are back at school, that you will do something about your weight problem?
