About Celia

Hello — I’m Celia Grossman, a naturopath with nearly 50 years in the health field and more than 30 years of clinical clinical experience supporting people with chronic, complex, and often difficult-to-resolve health concerns.

Over the years, I have worked with many individuals who feel they have tried numerous approaches yet still don’t have clear answers or lasting improvement. My role is to slow things down, look carefully at the full picture of health, and guide the body back toward stability in a calm, structured, and personalised way.

My professional journey began in laboratory science as a bacteriologist before expanding into homeopathy and later kinesiology. These foundations shaped the way I practise today — combining scientific investigation with deep respect for the body’s innate ability to heal when supported appropriately.

A calm, thorough, root-cause approach

My focus is understanding why symptoms are occurring, not simply managing them.

Care is:

  • Gentle and methodical

  • Individualised and evidence-informed

  • Especially supportive for sensitive or depleted individuals

Where helpful, I use functional testing to guide treatment, particularly:

  • Comprehensive blood analysis

  • Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA)

  • Genetic testing

These tools allow treatment to unfold step-by-step, creating clarity and confidence rather than overwhelm.

Who I work with

I commonly support people experiencing:

  • Persistent fatigue and burnout

  • Digestive and gut concerns

  • Hormonal or stress-related symptoms

  • Autoimmune and inflammatory conditions

  • Nutrient and mineral imbalances

  • Ongoing symptoms without clear explanation

Many clients arrive after years of searching for answers. They are often thoughtful, motivated, and ready for a steadier, more considered path to healing.

My philosophy

Healing rarely requires extreme measures.
More often, it requires:

  • Careful listening

  • Gentle correction of underlying imbalances

  • Respect for the body’s pace

  • Clear guidance, one step at a time

My intention is to provide a calm, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and quietly guided back toward better health.
